Exercise

I wanted to share some thoughts on excercise. It is very important for everyone to spend time exercising. I typically feel the best during a day after I excercise. It is recommended that people should excercise for 30 minutes atleast 3 times a week, and this means a brisk amount of excercise where you increase your heart rate.

If you are looking to look amazing great and have great abs and look like other people you see on TV and in magazines who are famous. The reality is that you are going to likely have to put a LOT of time in the gym working out. Most people do not have that kind of time to work out their bodies or just are not motivated enough and would prefer to spend that time making money or hanging out with friends. Regardless if you are looking to look amazing it is possible you do not need to spend that much time in the gym, but this depends on your body, your workout routine, and what you eat.

I personally try to workout 6 days a week for around 30 minutes each time at the least. Some days I spend more like 2 hours on my workout though depending on how I am feeling and if I am lifting or not. I typically lift upper body weights 2 to 3 times a week. I also bike, swim, and run. I also watch what I eat.

If you are serious about getting in shape you need to eat protein within an hour of  your workout. There are some good nutrient timing books out there and I suggest you read them or skim them for tips. There are also good books out there on what types of exercises you can do with free weights. I recommend you use free weights as opposed to machines.

Exercise also helps with more than just your physical appearance. It helps you improve your confidence and also helps improve your performance academically.
