Another common way of dealing with alcohol depression is getting medical attention. If you still find yourself getting drunk night after night because of your problems, get an expert. Have an appointment to a psychiatrist. It could be a one-on-one or a group session. Just have at least a session and let all your frustrations out. Then try to listen. Listen then think, think of what you have been doing wrong yourself.
Accept things then open your eyes to other possible solutions. If you need some more time then why not treat yourself to a short vacation.
