With a bad diet that is low in amino acids, carbohydrates, calcium, protein and other nutrients, you risk having weaker bones and joints, which can stunt your growth and cause other ailments. As we grow old, our bodies start to leech calcium from our bones, which causes us to shrink.
This is why, from a young age, you should get in a routine of eating healthily and exercising religiously to promote height growth. This will keep your body functioning properly and help it to grow as much as possible in your youth.
