The other option of Squidoo is also has simple website building free software. They don’t offer web templates there, so in my eyes the sites tend to look alike, but then that’s just me. It’s just another option. Thousands of people use them and they show up in Google searches all the time. You might want to look them over.

After you get used to building sites at Weebly and Squidoo, you might consider moving up to your own domain name and hosted site. Those sites both have regulations you must follow and they will shut you down if you don’t. The ultimate freedom comes with having your own site.
